- wrote the first Permit to Work, Manual Handling, Personal Protective Equipment, and Red Zone policies for our new Rowan Management System after the SEMS rule
- renewed and administered Rowan’s new-hire training program through the "ramp up" to staff our newly built deepwater fleet
